Clifford Allen `Pat" Liggett, 81, of Parkersburg died March 28, 2002, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Survivors include very close friends, Grace Nelson and Debbie Marazsky, both of Parkersburg, and Fred Sims, of Fleming, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Deem Kimes Liggett. There will be no visitation or services. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is in charge of arrangements.
