He was born December 19, 1931, a son of Jerry Robert Graham Sr. and Clara Snyder Graham in Millwood, W.Va.

Jerry retired from Union Carbide/Elkem Metals after 33 years of service. He then started his second career as a Head Start Bus Driver and Security Guard. He enjoyed basketball, camping, bowling, hunting, practical jokes and coached baseball. He volunteered for Camden Clark Memorial Hospital for several years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was very involved. He also supported Red Cross as often as he could.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Lu M. Bollinger Graham; four daughters, Robin (Randy) Hewitt of Kanawha, W.Va., Cheryl (Freddy) Curry of Myrtle Beach, SC, Kayla Graham of Parkersburg, and Karen Anne (Michael) Schmidt of Pasadena, MD; four sons, Keith (Eileen) Graham of Palm Beach, FL, Shawn Graham and fiancé Angie Helmick, Doug (Jamie) Graham, and Chad (Jacqueline Siers) Graham all of Parkersburg; two brothers, Doug (Lannie) Graham of Lapine, AL, and Alan (Kay) Graham of Syracuse, OH; 19 grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Eileen Goodwin Graham, two brothers, John E. and Homer Robert Graham; one sister, Ora Mae “Sis” Bacon; two infant sisters, Elizabeth and Udell; one infant brother, Raymond Graham; two great-granddaughters, Breanna Faith Hewitt and Amber Leann Hutchinson.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2515 Capitol Dr, south Parkersburg, with Bishop Mark Long officiating and Jim Robrecht conducting.. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg, and from 9:00 a.m. until time of service on Friday at the church.2
