He was a retired mechanic and machinist and formerly employed by Wheeling Public Service. Surviving are two sons, Howard A. Jr. of Cookeville, Tenn., Donald N. Harris of Wheeling; a daughter Mrs. Thomas (Mary Louise) Quigley of Wheeling; a brother, Lloyd of Parkersburg, six grandchildren; five g. grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Friends received at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Elm Grove, 24 and 7-9 p.m. today. Arrangements are incomplete. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Parkersburg, WV. |
