Boston, 87. of Washington died April 24, 1998, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. She was born in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Gratney and Anna Deem Stukey. She was a 1929 Parkersburg High School graduate and a homemaker. She was a 68 year member of Wayside United Methodist Church of Vienna. where she was active in the United Methodist Women's Group and was a Sunday School teacher. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Homer F. Boston, one daughter, Joan Dawson of Vienna; one sister, Ruth Enoch of Nicolette; three grandchildren, Carl Dowler and Carol Bialkowski, both of Greensboro, N. C. and Connie Frazier of Washington; four great grandchildren, Julie Dowler of Huntington, Matt Frazier of Davisville, Mark Frazier of Washington, and Jonathan Dowler of Greensboro. N. C; one niece and several nephews. She was preceded in death by three infant brothers; and one sister. Thelma Carpenter. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Parkersburg, the Rev. Joe Kenaston officiating. Burial in Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation is from 2-4 and 7-9 today. |
