Mrs. Helen Rinard Leech of St. Petersburg, Fla., for the past 40 years and formerly of Parkersburg, died yesterday in Florida. She was the daughter of the late Felix and Betha H. Walters and is survived by two sons, Jack C. and Patrick Rinard, both of Tampa, FIa. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Wilhelm-Thurston Funeral Home, 6366 Central Ave., St. Petersburg. Fla. The family has requested that flowers be omitted and donations be made to the Leukemia Fund.
