Deem was born in Parkershurg, a son of the late William Joshua and Ann Poole Deem. Surviving are a brother. S. Dennis Deem of Charleston, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife. Frances Barnhouse Deem. The body will be cremated and there will be no visitation. Vaughan Funeal Home is in charge of arrangements. |
